JUDGEMENT

(1.) The applicants have filed this Application under Sec. 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for enlarging them on Regular Bail in connection with FIR being C.R. No. 11197011250073 of 2025 registered with Manjusar Police Station, Vadodara (Rural) for the offences punishable under Ss. 65(A), 65(E), 81, 83, 98(2) and 116(C) of the Gujarat Prohibition Act.

(2.) Heard learned advocate J.H. Sindhi for the applicants and learned APP for the Respondent - State.
