(1.) The applicant has filed the present application seeking recall of the order dtd. 1/4/2024 passed in Civil Application (For Condonation of Delay) No. 1703 of 2024 in F/Letters Patent Appeal No. 9203 of 2024 in SCA No. 15673 of 2023.
