RINKUKUMAR BALVIRSINH NATTHUSING BHADORIYA Vs. STATE OF GUJARAT

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner herein, namely Rinkukumar Balvirsinh Natthusing Bhadoriya, has filed the present petition through his cousin brother, namely Sanjaysingh Ramnareshsingh Bhadoria under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the detention order dtd. 25/11/2025 passed by the Police Commissioner, Ahmedabad City, as a "bootlegger" as defined under Sec. 2(b) of the Gujarat Prevention of Anti- social Activities Act, 1985 (herein after referred as 'the Act of 1985).

(2.) By way of this petition, the petitioner has challenged the legality and validity of the aforesaid order.

(3.) This Court has heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the respondent-State Authorities.
