JUDGEMENT

(1.) Rule returnable forthwith. Learned APP Mr. Manan Mehta waives service of notice of rule for and on behalf of the respondent-State.

(2.) By way of the present applications preferred under Sec. 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicantS-accused have prayed to release them on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in connection with the FIR registered at the Vadnagar Police Station, Mehsana vide CR No.11206073250207 of 2025, for the offence punishable under Ss. 108, 85 and 54 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and Sec. 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

(3.) Learned advocate for the applicants has urged that considering the nature of the offence, the applicant may be enlarged on anticipatory bail by imposing suitable conditions.
