JUDGEMENT

(1.) Rule returnable forthwith. Learned Assistant Government Pleader Ms. Nalanda Acharya waives service of notice of rule on behalf of respondent No. 1 and learned advocate Mr. Devang Bhatt for learned advocate Mr. H. S. Munshaw waives service of notice of rule on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

(2.) This petition is filed challenging No confidence motion passed by private respondents (respondent Nos. 4 to 12) against the petitioner vide resolution dtd. 2/3/2024 (Annexure-A, Page No. 25) and also an order dtd. 4/3/2024 (Annexure-B, Page No. 35) under which Upsarpanch has been given the charge of Sarpanch.
