JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned advocate Mr. Nandish Thaker for learned advocate Mr. Bhagirath Patel appearing for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr. Sanjay Udhwani appearing for the respondent No.1 - State and learned advocate Mr. Rutvij Bhatt appearing for the respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

(2.) As the issue pertains to stigmatic termination which is a covered issue according to learned advocate Mr. Nandish Thacker for learned advocate Mr. Bhagirath M. Patel appearing for the petitioner. With the consent of learned advocates appearing for the respective parties, the matter is taken up for final hearing. Hence, RULE. Learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr. Sanjay Udhwani waives the service of notice of rule for and on behalf of the respondent No.1 - State and learned advocate Mr. Rutvij Bhatt waives service of notice of rule for and on behalf of the respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

(3.) By way of this petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dtd. 6/6/2022 passed by the respondent No.2 and has further prayed reinstating the petitioner forthwith on his original post with all consequential benefits.
