JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present petition is filed by Abdul Jabbar Harun Shaikh through his friend namely Ajrudin Islamudin Ansari came to be preventively detained vide the detention order dtd. 31/10/2025 passed by the Commissioner of Police, Ahmedabad as a dangerous person as defined under Sec. 2(c) of the Gujarat Prevention of Anti-social Activities Act, 1985 (herein after allenged the legality and validity of the aforesaid order.
