JUDGEMENT

(1.) RULE. Learned advocate Mr. Dipen Desai for respondent No.1 and learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr. Neeraj Ashar for respondent Nos.2,3 and 5 waive service of Rule. No Rule is required to be issued to respondent No.4 as it is a formal party.

(2.) By the present application, the applicant seeks to join as party respondent in the main petition.

(3.) The applicant is a member of Mehsana District Central Co - operative Bank Ltd. and seeks to join as party respondent in the main petition on the ground that he raised question about membership of the original petitioner which is being decided by the Registrar after issuing show cause notice and the original petitioner since acquired membership de hors the provisions of the bye -laws, he is interested in the outcome of the petition.
