(1.) These four petitions by the four detenus arise out of common facts and transaction and most .of the points are also common. Therefore, they are heard and disposed of together.
(2.) The detention orders under section 30) of the COFEPOSA have been passed by the Additional Secretary to the Government of India on 29th June, 1984 with a view to preventing them from engaging in the prejudicial activities. Their brief particulars are as follows: SpI. Cr1. Appln. No. 427/84 detenu Allarakha Ibrahim, driver of the truck. SpI. Cri. Appln. No. 428/84 detilli Musa Jivan Surnra, owner of the truck. SpI. Cri. Appln. No. 434/84 detenu Noormohmed Juma, occupant of the truck and storage at his wadi. SpI. Cr1. Appln. No. 435/84 detenu Jusab Juma Sumra, loading and unloading at wadi of brother Noormohmed.
