(1.) Learned advocate for the petitioner does not press the present application qua applicant No.2-Manoj @ Vinod Dahyabhai Vadhiyari (Devipujak) and applicant No.4- Sunil @ Ravi Ketanbhai Vadhiyar (Devipujak) with liberty to file a fresh application after filing of the charge-sheet.
