JUDGEMENT

(1.) Rule. Learned AGP waives service of notice of Rule for the respondent ' State.

(2.) By way of present application filed under Sec. 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 the applicants have prayed to condone delay of 218 days caused in preferring captioned First Appeal on the reasons stated in the application.

(3.) The First Appeal is arising out of the judgment and award dtd. 16/2/2023 passed by the Court of learned 3rd Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Unjha, District: Mehsana in group of Land Acquisition Reference Case No.2 of 2019 to 25 of 2019.
