JUDGEMENT

The present petition is preferred by the petitioner being aggrieved and dissatisfied with the order dtd. 12/10/2018 below Exh.135 in Special Civil Suit No.108 of 2005 passed by th Additional Senior Civil Judge, Surat, whereby, the present petitioner - plaintiff was allowed to be cross-examined.
