(2.) The appellant has preferred First Appeal under Sec. 96 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, (hereinafter referred to as 'the Code') read with Sec. 54 of the Land Acquisition Act ( hereinafter referred to as 'the Act).

(3.) Being aggrieved and dissatisfied with the judgment and order passed by the learned Assistant Judge, Sabarkantha at Himatnagar in Land Reference Case No.942 of 1990.
