JUDGEMENT

(1.) WE have heard Mr. Vijay H. Nangesh, learned counsel appearing for the appellant, Mr. H.S. Munshaw, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 1 and Mr. Harsheel Shukla, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondent No. 3.

(2.) THIS Letters Patent Appeal has been filed challenging the judgment and order dated 1.10.2012 passed by the learned Single Judge in Special Civil Application No. 11437 of 2012 whereby the learned Single Judge has been pleased to dismiss the writ petition filed by the appellant.

(3.) LEARNED counsel appearing for the appellant has urged that by mistake, the appellant has filled in the form in the category of Physically Handicapped.
