JUDGEMENT

(1.) We have heard Mr. P. R. Nanavati, learned Counsel for the appellant and learned senior Counsel Mr. Mihir Thakore assisted by Ms. Vaibhavi Parikh for respondent No. 1.

(2.) This Letters Patent Appeal has been filed challenging the judgment dated 04/09/2013 passed by learned Single Judge in Special Civil Application No.13684 of 2011.
