As can be seen from the impugned order dated 13thJune, 2013, the sole reason stated therein for turning down the petitioners application for converting its grant -in -aid Shri Balahanuman Ayurved College, Lodra into a self -financed one, is on account of the representations made by the Sarpanch, Lodra Gram Panchayat, Member of Parliament, Mehsana and Member of Legislative Assembly, Mehsana. No other reason has been stated in the impugned order for turning down the petitioners application.
