V/S
Administrative Officer, Bhavnagar Respondents

JUDGEMENT

(1.) It is no doubt true that by dropping the name of the petitioner from the list it will affect petitioner's right and status prejudicially. It is now well settled that any order which affects the rights of a party cannot be passed without observing the principles of natural justice, and he should be given an opportunity of atleast showing cause against the proposed action and after considering his representation such orders may be passed. Rule made absolute. (ISS)
