By way of the present petition, the petitioner herein has prayed for correction in the father's name in the birth certificate issued by the concerned authority in the name of Krishiv, child born to the present petitioner on 23/9/2019, copy of the certificate issued in the name of petitioner's child dtd. 27/9/2019, duly produced at Annexure-A.
