(2.) The present writ petition has been filed seeking quashing and setting aside the impugned order dtd. 16/1/2016 passed by the Deputy Collector, Savli in RTS Appeal No.83 of 2014 and the order dated 20/26/3/2019 passed by the learned SSRD in case No.MVV/KON/VDD/ 1/2018.
