JUDGEMENT

(1.) On last occasion i.e. on 24/1/2020, the Coordinate Bench has passed the following order :

(2.) The endorsement shows that the notice has been duly served upon the petitioner, intimating him to engage another lawyer of his choice, in view of retirement application given by the then lawyer - learned advocate Mr.Mehul Sharad Shah.

(3.) Today when the matter was called out, none appears for the petitioner and upon verifying the record, it seems that the petitioner has not engaged the lawyer for effective representation of his case before this Court.
