JUDGEMENT

(1.) Rule. Learned APP waives service of rule for Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and learned Advocate, Mr. Vyas, waives for Respondent Nos. 4 to 6.

(2.) This is a petition filed by the petitioner-father, under Article 226 of the Constitution India, seeking issuance of a writ of habeas corpus or a direction against the Respondent-police authorities to produce Respondent No.6-the corpus, who happens to be the daughter of the present petitioner, before this Court.
