JUDGEMENT

(1.) By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs :-

(2.) Today, learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr. Meet Thakkar appearing for the respondent - State places on record a written instructions give to learned AGP by one R.D. Parmar, Town Planning Officer and Town Planner-3, Town Planning Scheme, Unit-1, Surat, wherein he has categorically stated that Special Civil Application No.11955 of 2007 is pending before this Court in respect of revenue survey numbers which are subject matter of this petition and therefore, once the District Inspector of Land Records (DILR) provides the detailed about the area of the land-in-question, the Town Planning Scheme shall be finalized only after providing adequate opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

(3.) Learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr. Meet Thakkar further draws attention of this Court to the order dtd. 4/6/2021 and states that the petitioner will be heard in respect of his objections and then only a final decision shall be taken.
