JUDGEMENT

(1.) By way of this petition, the petitioners have challenged the orders dtd. 29/4/2022 and 16/12/2022 passed by the Vadodara Municipal Corporation.

(2.) Heard learned senior advocate Mr.R.S.Sanjanwala with learned advocate Mr.Rushabh Shah for the petitioners, learned senior advocate Mr.M.S.Shah with learned advocate Mr.Jenil Shah for Respondent No.4, learned Assistant Government Pleader Ms.Dharitri Pancholi for Respondent No.1 - State and learned advocate Ms.Damle for learned advocate Mr.Maulik Nanavati for Vadodara Municipal Corporation.

(3.) During the pendency of this petition, there was a development and after the order dtd. 16/12/2022 was passed the Corporation further passed order dtd. 9/1/2023.
