JUDGEMENT

(1.) By way of present petition, the petitioner herein has prayed for the following reliefs:

(2.) It is the case of the petitioner that, the petitioner was holding a valid passport bearing passport No.B2744234 issued by the respondent authority which expired on October, 2005. The petitioner herein preferred an application for renewal of the same before the respondent authority by Application No.AH2075051750820. Pursuant to the said application, the petitioner received one communication from the respondent authority asking the petitioner herein to report in person and produce documents relating to clarification of Portuguese passport and obtaining Indian Citizen origin.
