(1.) This petition is filed challenging the orders (1) dtd. 23/8/2022 passed by respondent No.2, Collector, Mahisagar (2) dtd. 25/1/2022 passed by respondent No.3, Dy. Collector and dtd. 1/9/2021 passed by respondent No.4, Mamlatdar, wherein the appeal filed by the petitioner has been rejected, challenging the appointment of respondent No.5 to the post of Manager cum Cook ("Sanchalak cum Cook") for Mid-day meal plan, Centre No.16 at Primary School of Village Muvalabid.
