(1.) This Application is filed by the Applicants under Sec. 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for enlarging the applicant on Regular Bail in connection with C.R. No.11204046230242 of 2023 registered with Nadiad Town Police Station, District : Kheda, for the offences punishable under Ss. 3, 4, 5(c) of the Gujarat Land Grabbing Act.
