JUDGEMENT

(1.) This order will dispose of all the above petitions and they were heard together on account of common legal issue raised therein.

(2.) This Court has heard learned Senior Counsel Dhaval Dave assisted by Mr. Ashish Shah, and Mr. Viral K. Shah for the respective parties.

(3.) For the sake of convenience and reference, necessary facts of Special Civil Application No.8746 of 2014 are referred to hereinafter.
