JUDGEMENT

(1.) RULE. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appears and waives service of notice of rule for and on behalf of the respondent-State.

The applicant, by way of this application filed under Sec. 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeks regular bail in connection with the FIR being C.R.No.11199004220535 of 2022 registered with Ankleshwar Police Station, Bharuch, for the offences punishable under Ss. 465 , 467 , 468 , 471 , 475 , 476 , 120-B , 489-A , 489-C , 489-D of Indian Penal Code and under Sec. 84 of the Information Technology Act.
