(1.) Heard learned advocates for the respective parties.

(2.) This Court (Coram : S.H.Vora,J) has passed the following order order on 26/12/2016.

(3.) It can be noticed that the status quo order granted earlier has been ordered to be continued from time to time. At this stage, the learned advocates for both the parties have agreed and submitted jointly that it would be in the interest of justice if both the suits pending before the court below are expedited with a direction to decide and dispose of within a period of one year from today while continuing the status quo order passed by this Court on 26/12/2016.
