JUDGEMENT

(1.) Rule returnable forthwith. Mr. Jay Trivedi, learned AGP waives service of notice of rule for the respondents. With the consent of the learned advocates for the respective parties, the petition is taken up for final hearing today.

(2.) The challenge in this petition is to the order dtd. 29/4/2022, by which, the request for the change of name of the petitioner from Vishnukumar to 'Vishnubhai' and to change date of birth from 29/6/1969 to 15/3/1969 are rejected.

(3.) For the purpose of correcting the name of the petitioner from Vishnukumar to 'Vishnubhai' and to change the date of birth from 29/6/1969 to 15/3/1969, learned counsel for the petitioner would rely on the documents produced on record i.e. xerox copies of School Leaving Certificate, Passport and Aadhar Card.
