JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned Advocate Mr. G.M. Amin on behalf of the appellants and learned AGP Mr. Akash Chhaya on behalf of the respondent-State.

(2.) All these appeals call into question common judgment and award dtd. 24/7/2018 passed by the learned Reference Court being the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Dhoraji in group of Land Reference Cases No. 52 of 2009 to 74 of 2009 and 98 of 20212, 99 of 2012 and 105 of 2012.

(3.) Since a common issue has arisen for consideration of this Court, the present appeals are taken up for final hearing together.
