JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned advocate Mr. Paresh V. Sheth on behalf of the petitioner and learned Government Pleader Ms. Manisha Lavkumar assisted by learned Assistant Government Pleader Ms. Jyoti Bhatt on behalf of the respondents.

(2.) By way of these petitions, the petitioners have challenged a decision of Fee Revision Committee dtd. 12/12/2022 more particularly whereby, the decision of Fee Regulatory Committee dtd. 29/8/2022 and 13/10/2022 have been upheld so far as Special Civil Application No. 2446 of 2023 is concerned.

(3.) Since the facts are similar, the facts of Special Civil Application No. 2446 of 2023 being the lead matter are narrated herein below:-
