(1.) Though served, the respondent has chosen not to appear and contest this application before this Court.

(2.) This application is filed under Sec. 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 by the applicant - wife to transfer Family Suit No.897 of 2022, pending before the Family Court, Ahmedabad to the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Botad.

(3.) Learned advocate for the applicant has submitted that other proceedings are pending at Botad and therefore, it is very difficult for the applicant to attend the proceedings at Amreli.
