JUDGEMENT

(1.) All these appeals are filed under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent against the common oral judgment dtd. 25/8/2022 rendered by the learned Single Judge in Special Civil Application No.11219 of 2022 and allied matters.

(2.) Looking to the issue involved in the present appeals and as the learned Singe Judge passed common judgment, learned advocates appearing for the parties jointly requested that all the appeals be heard together.

(3.) Heard learned advocate Mr. H. S. Munshaw for the appellants, learned advocate Mr. Mukesh H. Rathod for the respondent No.1 - original petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent Nos. 2 and 3.
