JUDGEMENT

(1.) By way of present petition under Ss. 80 and 81 read with Sec. 100 of the Representation of Peoples Act, 1951, the petitioner has prayed as under:

(2.) During the pendency of the present petition, the election of Gujarat Legislative Assembly for Himmatnagar Constituency has concluded on 1/12/2022.

(3.) In view of the above development, present election petition would not survive and is accordingly disposed of. Notice of summons is discharged.
