JUDGEMENT

(1.) By way of this Misc. Civil Application, it is alleged that direction issued by this Court vide order dtd. 21/6/2022 passed in Special Civil Application No. 14586 of 2021 have not been complied with.

(2.) The direction contained in para 8 of the said order reads as under :

(3.) We see no justifiable reason to continue the Contempt Proceedings in the aforesaid circumstances and as such we deem it appropriate to close the proceedings and accordingly present Misc. Civil Application stands dismissed.
