JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr.Vicky Mehta, learned advocate for the petitioner.

(2.) By way of the present petition the petitioner has prayed for direction to the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to remove the illegal construction put up over Survey Nos.1500, 1497 and 1496 which is creating obstruction for survey No.1501, which belongs to the petitioner.

(3.) The grievance of the petitioner is that despite making number of representations to the concerned authority on 30/7/2021, 2/8/2021, 3/8/2021, 4 8.2021, 5/8/2021 and 6/8/2021, the authority has not taken any action.
