JUDGEMENT

(1.) By way of this petition, the petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs:-

(2.) Learned advocate Mr. J. V. Vaghela appearing for the petitioners draws the attention of this Court that some other identically situated persons had preferred the Special Civil Application No. 12624 of 2022 which was disposed of by the Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dtd. 16/9/2022 permitting them to make fresh representation to the Chief Officer, Nadiad Nagarpalika with all relevant documents, if any and the Chief Officer, Nadiad Nagarpalika was directed to consider the same alongwith earlier representation in accordance with law.

(3.) Learned advocate Mr. Vaghela states that the petitioners want to make a representation on identical line. However, it is likely that the Nagarpalika may not consider the representation and take a decision upon it, the Nagarpalika may be directed to decide the same in accordance with law.
