(3.) By way of the present application filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Sec. 482 of Cr.P.C., the applicant prays for quashment of order of non-bailable warrant dtd. 19/12/2022 issued by Presiding Officer, Special N.I.A Court, Rajkot in Criminal Case No.7569 of 2017.
