JUDGEMENT

(1.) In this petition filed under Sec. 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, the petitioner has prayed to transfer Hindu Marriage Petition No.1 of 2023 pending before the learned Principal Senior Civil Court, Una to learned Principal Family Court, Junagadh inter alia on the ground of convenience.
