JUDGEMENT

(1.) Though served, the respondent has chosen not to appear and contest this application before this Court.

(2.) This application is filed under Sec. 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 by the applicant - wife to transfer Regular Civil Suit No.84 of 2022, pending before the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge & Addl. C.J.M. Dabhoi Taluka Court, Vadodara to the learned Principal Civil Judge, Bharuch.

(3.) Learned advocate for the applicant has submitted that other proceedings are pending at Bharuch and therefore, it is very difficult for the applicant to attend the proceedings at Vadodara.
