(1.) Heard learned Advocate Mr. Virat Popat with learned Advocate Ms. Shweta Lodha on behalf of the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr. Jay Trivedi one behalf of the respondent - State.

(3.) It is the case of the petitioner that while he was pursuing his studies in the Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) Course, an issue had been raised with regard to his Caste Certificate and ultimately vide an order dtd. 30/5/2023, the Caste Certificate of the present petitioner had been cancelled.
