JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present Special Civil Application is filed praying for the following reliefs:-

(2.) Mr. Vimal Patel, learned counsel for VMP Legal appearing for the petitioners submits that by consent order, Regular Civil Suit No.62 of 2019 between the parties has been decreed on 10/5/2023. Learned counsel hands over the certified copy of the said decree which is taken on record.

(3.) Mr. Prabhakar Upadhyay, learned counsel appearing on behalf of contesting respondent Nos.5.1, 5.2.1 to 5.2.6, 5.3 to 5.7 and 6.1 to 6.3 does not dispute the said fact that the consent decree is passed on the basis of agreement arrived at between the parties.
