(1.) Rule. Learned AGP waives service of notice of rule for the respondent-State.

(2.) Since a short issue is involved in the present petition, the same is taken up for hearing.

(3.) The present petition is filed assailing the communication dtd. 1/6/2022 written by the Prant Officer, Vadodara (Rural) Prant, District Vadodara, whereby the concerned officer has refused to grant agricultural certificate in favour of the petitioner questioning the absence of heirship entry of his father.
