JUDGEMENT

(1.) Though learned advocate Mr. Dilip Kanojiya appearing for the petitioner has filed sick note today, learned advocate Mr. Dignat Popat states that he may be permitted to appear on behalf of learned advocate Mr. Dilip Kanojiya appearing for the petitioner and the matter may be taken up.

(2.) In view of that learned advocate Mr. Digant Popat was permitted to appear in this petition.
