JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Court had, on 22/6/2023, passed the following order :

In connection with aforesaid order, a report dtd. 30/6/2023 submitted by GG Hospital Jamnagar has been taken on record wherein it is disclosed that the victim was examined by panel of doctors and clear opinion is given that at present, no clinical and physical examination, No major medical illness or abnormality found so patient is medically fit for procedure.

(3.) Considering the age of the victim and allegations made in the complaint, on giving her consent, the length of pregnancy since is going to complete and averments made in the application, present application deserves consideration.
