(3.) By way of the present application filed under Sec. 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, the applicant has prayed for transfer the proceedings of H.M.P. No. 30 of 2021 filed by the respondent from Family Court, Ahmedabad to Family Court at Visnagar.
