PATEL DINESHBHAI ISHWARBHAI Vs. STATE OF GUJARAT

JUDGEMENT

(1.) By way of the present application under Sec. 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the applicant-accused has prayed for anticipatory bail in connection with the FIR being C.R. No. 11198068220632 of 2022 dtd. 16/9/2022 registered with Bharatnagar Police Station, Bhavnagar for the offences punishable under 406, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 472, 114 and 34 of Indian Penal Code .

(2.) The FIR was registered by one Manish Nanjibhai Jani wherein it was alleged that the accused persons took the complainant in confidence that they will provide them Government job as Aarogya Sevak (Health Worker) in Sachivalay and by giving a fake appointment letter collected a sum of Rs.4,00,000.00 from the complainant. Thereafter, one Dipak Pandya introduced himself as Joint Secretary, Social Justice and Empower Department, Gujarat Sachivalay, Gandhinagar and one Umesh Patel introduced himself as Deputy Secretary and one Lalit Patel introduced himself as Clerk and promised the applicant that he will be given job in Post Department and thereby they have collected huge amount from the complainant and other persons.

(3.) Therefore the FIR was registered.
