(2.) With the consent of the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties, the petition is taken up for final hearing today.

(3.) The prayer in this petition, the petitioner has prayed for direction to the respondent authority to change her date of birth from 8/1/1999 to 28/8/1998. For the purpose, Xerox copies of Passport and Pan Card are submitted with the memo of the petition.
