(1.) Heard Mr. P.J. Kanabar, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners, Mr. Bhaumik Dholariya, learned advocate appearing for the respondent no.1 and Mr. Nishit Acharya, learned advocate for Mr. Aditya Pandya, learned advocate appearing for the respondent no.19.

(3.) Briefly stated that, the petitioner herein - original defendant no.13, is aggrieved by the sale deed dtd. 24/8/2021 executed by the respondent no.1 in favour of the respondent no.19 and subsequent sale deed dtd. 7/9/2021, pending the suit proceedings.
